It does turn on (see video) and operate as intended last it was used. The electrical cord is intact with no cuts or splices, but it does have "glue" on the cord. In addition, there is glue on the tool itself. There are 10 extra blades as listed above and a plastic base plate. The eject cover button is missing but the button still works (see pics). There is also painter's tape on the base plate area, and it is also missing a screw (see pics). The tool and case are dirty from use. What is pictured is what you will receive.
